Our expertise

Screening and Crushing

Processing of raw or recycled materials to meet clients’ technical requirements:

Aggregates, slag, ballast, wood, excavated soils, construction waste, etc.
Operations carried out using mobile or fixed units: screening, crushing, washing.
Processing capacity exceeding 600,000 tonnes per year.

These operations are primarily performed at our private ports in Mondelange, Thionville–Illange, and Richemont–Mondelange, using fixed or mobile stations depending on project needs.
This activity includes inert waste sorting and treatment of industrial by-products from recycling or remediation.

Mechanical preparation of bulk materials

The transformation of material flows (raw, recycled, or secondary) is essential to produce ready-to-use raw materials.
Our services include:

Granulometric sorting, demetallisation, and repackaging
Formulation of materials according to client specifications
On-site operations at client premises, industrial ports, or dedicated platforms
Bagging and packaging

Our services are carried out in Mondelange, Richemont–Mondelange, and Thionville–Illange, throughout the Grand Est region or directly at client sites, depending on material flow and recovery objectives.

This expertise contributes directly to our material recovery goals, covering construction waste, metallurgical by-products, and soil from former industrial sites.

Specialised handling and industrial logistics

For our industrial clients, we provide technical logistics services, including:

Supplying production lines (raw materials, aggregates, waste)
Internal transfer of heavy or hot materials
Multimodal loading and unloading
Heavy and specialised handling (bridges, cranes, excavators, loaders, gantries, containers)

Our handling operations are carried out from our trimodal platforms in Mondelange, Thionville–Illange, and Richemont–Mondelange, as well as at the Belval industrial site (Luxembourg), ensuring direct connection with production facilities and multimodal infrastructure.

Specialised refractory services

Our interventions in high-temperature environments (foundries, steelworks, industrial furnaces) include:

Demolition and cleaning of refractory linings
Reconstruction of furnace or ladle inner walls
Thermal cutting (oxy-cutting)
Removal and treatment of refractory waste

These operations are conducted on-site, in steelworks and foundries located in the Grand Est region and within the group’s industrial partner networks.

This expertise is essential to ensure the performance and longevity of industrial facilities, particularly during deconstruction or maintenance projects.
