At Energiserv, we provide concrete solutions to heavy industry: management of internal or external flows, specialised handling, oxycutting, mechanical preparation of materials, screening, crushing, etc. Our teams work directly on industrial sites or via our platforms located in the Grand Est (France) and Luxembourg, connected to road, rail and river networks.

Our expertise

Screening and crushing

Treatment of raw or recycled materials to adapt them to customers’ technical needs:

Aggregates, slag, ballast, wood, excavated earth, site waste, etc.
Operations carried out on mobile or fixed units: screening, crushing, washing.
Processing capacity exceeding 600,000 tonnes/year.

These operations are carried out mainly on our private ports of Mondelange, Thionville-Illange and Richemont-Mondelange, with fixed or mobile stations deployed as required.

This activity covers the sorting of inert waste and the treatment of industrial by-products resulting from recycling or remediation.

Mechanical preparation of bulk materials

The transformation of material flows (raw, recycled or secondary) is essential to generate ready-to-use raw materials. Our services include:

Particle size sorting, demetallisation, reconditioning
Formulation of materials according to specifications
Intervention at the customer’s site, at an industrial port or on a dedicated platform
Bagging

Our services are implemented in Mondelange, Richemont-Mondelange and Thionville-Illange, in the Grand Est region or directly at our clients’ sites, depending on the flows to be processed and the recovery objectives.

This expertise contributes directly to our material recovery objectives, whether for construction waste, steel by-products or soil from industrial brownfield sites.

Specialised handling and industrial logistics

To meet the needs of our industrial customers, we provide technical logistics services:

Supply to production lines (raw materials, aggregates, waste)
Internal transfer of heavy or hot flows
Multimodal loading/unloading
Heavy and specialised handling (bridge cranes, cranes, excavators, loaders, gantries, skips)

Our handling services are provided from our trimodal platforms in Mondelange, Thionville–Illange and Richemont-Mondelange as well as on the industrial platform in Belval (Luxembourg), in direct connection with the production sites and multimodal infrastructures.

Specialised refractory services

Our work in thermal environments (foundries, steel mills, industrial furnaces) covers:

Demolition and cleaning of refractory coatings
Reconstruction of internal walls of furnaces or kilns
Thermal cutting (oxycutting)
Removal and treatment of refractory waste

These operations are carried out directly at the heart of customer sites, in steel mills or foundries located in the Grand Est region or in the group’s partner industrial basins.

These skills are valuable in ensuring the performance of industrial installations, particularly in decommissioning or maintenance projects.
