Energipole Remediation has completed its intervention on behalf of ADEME, as part of the Prefectural Order for Office Works (APTO) dated December 5, 2020, aimed at securing and rehabilitating the Green Pack industrial site (75,210 m²).
The mission was to characterize, package, and remove the hazardous waste present at the former industrial site.
The work commenced on May 12, 2025, and was finalized on September 24, 2025, with between 12 and 20 personnel engaged depending on the phase.

What we accomplished
• Installation on site and operation of a 50-ton weighbridge
• Securing the old industrial process
• Asbestos removal work in subsections 3 and 4
• Stabilization of unstable superstructures
• Investigation and management of all underground networks on the site
• Pumping, cleaning, degassing, and dismantling of tanks
• Characterization, reconditioning, and evacuation to approved treatment facilities of hazardous waste
Results: 1,276 tons of hazardous waste, solid, paste-like, and liquid, managed in accordance with regulations, including 25 tons of pure acid safely reconditioned.
A project carried out safely, on a complex industrial site, with a dedicated team and reinforced, controlled protocols.
