Today, we are proud to celebrate this significant milestone. A collective achievement that reflects the commitment, professionalism, and genuine safety culture upheld daily by our teams. 👏

But in matters of safety, nothing is ever guaranteed. Achieving this objective strengthens our resolve to remain vigilant, demanding, and united on a daily basis.
🔧 A tangible improvement on the ground in the service of safety
In this ongoing pursuit of continuous improvement, Jonathan Zagaria, our foreman, recently proposed a simple yet particularly effective enhancement to our lifting equipment.
❓ Problem encountered during the handling of certain sheet piles with a narrow support area. Once the load was under tension, the hook tended to skew, causing the chain to twist upon itself.
👉🏼 Consequence: a situation that could lead to load drops if the hook detaches from the hook support area and the sheet piles end up in an unstable position.
✅ Solution implemented: integration of a swivel eye between the chain and the hook:
➡️ the hook remains correctly oriented, even if the chain turns.
➡️ no more manual handling required to reposition it.
➡️ reduced risks, increased fluidity, and greater safety for our operators.
💡 A splendid enhancement in the field, simple and effective, that pleases both our operators and our client, and which concretely strengthens safety in our operations.
This is also what our safety culture is about:
👉 Identifying risks.
👉 Proposing solutions.
👉 Acting together.
Well done to all the teams for these three exemplary years, and let us continue to make safety a collective success, every day. 💪
