In Couffé (Loire-Atlantique), the decontamination and deconstruction works at the Bas du Bourg site are now complete. This crucial step will enable the municipality to continue its project for the redevelopment and revitalisation of the town centre.
Energipole Remediation is proud to have contributed to this operation alongside the Public Land Establishment of Loire-Atlantique and the various stakeholders involved in the project. Our mission: to secure the site, manage the identified pollutants, and prepare the ground for its future uses.
This project also drew on our expertise in asbestos removal and deconstruction, notably involving the dismantling of a building with an asbestos-cement roof. An intervention that showcases Energipole Remediation’s ability to offer turnkey solutions, supporting the comprehensive conversion of sites.
Another reason for satisfaction: this project was successfully completed within the initially set timeframe, thereby adhering to the project schedule and effectively supporting the transformation of this strategic site for the municipality.
These works perfectly illustrate our conviction: the rehabilitation of brownfields is a tangible lever to limit land artificialisation, preserve resources, and support the development of regions.
